The Barack Obama Supreme Court Case Concerning His Citizenship Issue Was to be Reviewed and Was to Decide His Citizenship but Whatever Happened to it?

The Barack Obama Supreme Court case was set to decide if he was a natural born citizen having the legal right to serve as President of the United States as set forth by the Constitution.

This issue of birth right to serve as president was brought up toward the end of the campaign and by a good many people it was looked at as a ploy to discredit him.

Peter Berg was the first attorney to attempt to present it to the local courts after having difficulty with finding information about Obama's birth. The Barack Obama Supreme Court case took several tries before the United States Supreme Court would request and review Obama's birth certificate.

Peter Berg continued to be thwarted in his effort to have the issued looked into. In the lower courts he had been turned away as if the case was not an issue to be taken seriously.

One judge had ruled that it was not something that would cause him direct injury therefore the judge would not rule on the case to have the birth certificate produced. This did not deter Mr. Berg from pursuing the issue of the birth certificate.

In the Barack Obama Supreme Court case Berg continues to fight the case in district court against Obama and the DNC as of January 2009. The United States Supreme Court continues to refuse to hear the evidence and ask that a legitimate birth certificate be produced.

UNDER THE RUG

Why does the US Supreme Court refuse to hear the case and stop the confusion and strife over this issue? One answer was that they have so many cases to hear that they can't seem to find this one justifiable. That really makes no sense at all especially since they are the balance for the Executive branch of the government.

The Barack Obama Supreme Court case will not disappear until it is answered by the court. Not reviewing this case is unacceptable! The reasons that the court has given are ridiculous especially in the case of the presidency. How can that not be of prime importance? You would think that the court would want to put the issue to rest.

Instead they are letting everything proceed, creating negative effects from the public because they don't want to deal with the issue. If the birth certificate is sealed in Hawaii then how hard would it be to get a court order from take a look at an original copy and put to rest any questions that people have?

THE CROOKED FALL THROUGH

It is unconscionable that a president elect and then supposed president would not produce the document. How many times in your life have you had to have a certified copy of your birth certificate for something? For example a certified copy of your birth certificate is required when starting school or when obtaining a passport.

Why is it so hard for the President of the United States to produce a copy of his original birth certificate? What is Obama's failure? Does not want put these rumors to rest? All it does is to further tear down the people's belief in our country and the people who are in place to protect this nation.
