Anti Socialists Are Few and Far Between Nowadays in The United States as The Masses Expect Economic Relief From Socialism, Failing to See its Ultimate Goal of Fascism.
Anti socialists are starting to become louder and grow in number as our country leans more and more toward socialist policies.
With the latest bailouts, which the government has convinced people are necessary to save our economy and repair the damage already done by greed and shortsightedness, the government has taken a major step toward a truly socialist agenda.
And socialism can easily lead to fascism, particularly when the government starts owning controlling interests in business and finance.
That’s one reason the recent auto bailout is so disturbing, because now the government has given all this money to the auto makers, and what does it want in return?
In fact, the $800 billion dollar bailout package had originally been a $700 billion bailout package, but $100 billion in pork was added before the bill was passed—$100 billion unnecessary expenditures of tax money that doesn’t yet exist.
One of the principles of fascism is that the government protects corporations, and we’ve just seen a shining example of that in the auto bailout.
It was touted as being for the public good, with the automakers called “too big to allow to fail” and doom and gloom promised if the package wasn’t passed despite anti socialists predictions that it moved us further away from democracy.
Will that bailout and the one before it really save our economy, or were they just steps in the direction of socialism and fascism that will force our economy to stagnate much as socialist economies have throughout Europe?
Nationalism occurs when there’s an overriding sense of patriotism through speeches, symbols and the like, and when the government starts becoming more and more powerful, essentially with its fingers in more and more national pies.
In almost every government speech you hear right now, we’re urged to come together as a nation, to unite, to work together for the common good, which are all principles of socialism.
The very idea of the government bailing out corporations is something that many find alarming, because it’s a socialist act.
In a free market, when a company—whether it’s small or a major corporation—fails, it fails, and there are consequences.
In a socialist government, the government saves the corporation, just as our government is trying to do.
Unfortunately, the very act of doing so gives the government financial interest in the success and failure of that company, essentially making the government a controlling shareholder in that corporation.
When a government can plan or control the economy, that’s one more step toward a central government controlling all of society, and something that anti socialists have been warning us about.
And what is the government doing now but trying to control the economy by saving financial institutions and corporations like auto makers?
When one of the organizations that the government has taken over wants to make a decision, will it have to be government approved? Can the government tell the car companies what to do with their money?
It might seem only right, since they just loaned them billions of dollars, but the government buying-in like that is one of the hallmarks of a socialist and then a fascist society. At least to anti socialists.
And unless something changes drastically the fascist society is where we’re headed, if we’re not there already.
