WERE PALIN AND THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION HELPING MCCAIN OR HURTING HIM?

Palin and the Trilateral Commission May Have Sunk McCain’s Presidential Campaign.

For awhile during the 2008 election it seemed like John McCain was a real contender against Barack Obama.

Public opinion of John McCain remained high and his claim to be a “maverick” and not a Washington insider, like Obama, was helping him gather the support of moderates who weren’t sure what to think of Obama.

McCain even had limited support from the Trilateral Commission, where four former Secretaries of State voiced their support of him.

Some of the other organizations tied to the global elite also supported McCain.

So what went wrong?

Could Sarah Palin and the Trilateral Commission have sunk his presidential campaign?

It’s true that members of the Trilateral Commission supported him, but more members of the Trilateral Commission supported Barack Obama.

Was the choice of Palin and the Trilateral Commission disapproval of that choice the reason McCain didn’t get the support he needed to win?

One of the founders of the Trilateral Commission, Zbigniew Brzezinski, is one of Obama’s closest foreign policy advisors and has supported his Presidential campaign practically from the beginning.

Obama has also chosen more than 10% of his staff from the Trilateral Commission, which is not a coincidence.

So on the surface it seems that the Trilateral Commission was just hedging its bet by providing support to both candidates to make sure that no matter who won its interests would be protected.

Maybe they thought that John McCain was unstable, or that they wouldn’t be able to rely on his loyalty to their agenda.

But whatever the reason, it’s clear that at some point in the campaign the Trilateral Commission began throwing more support to Obama than to McCain.

When Palin was tapped as McCain’s running mate she was immediately sent off to meet with Henry Kissinger and other members of the Trilateral Commission to get their approval but it’s not clear if they ever really endorsed her or not.

Some speculate that the naming of Palin as the Vice Presidential pick was a surprise even to the Trilateral Commission and was the main factor in the decision of the Commission to support Obama instead.

SARAH PALIN AND HENRY KISSINGER

PICKING PALIN

Was the choice of Palin and the Trilateral Commission disapproval of that choice the reason that John McCain fell out of global elite favor?

It’s possible. At the time the choice of Palin as a running mate was called everything from a bold move to a career ending move.

News reports indicated that McCain had originally wanted Joe Lieberman as his Vice Presidential pick but that the Republican conservatives threatened to withdraw all of their support if Lieberman was tapped. So at the 11th hour McCain threw up a Hail Mary play and picked Palin.

At that time Palin hadn’t been on the short list of contenders and hadn’t even been properly vetted. The desperate and unwise choice of Palin as VP could have been the last straw for the Trilateral Commission but it’s also possible that they just saw the writing on the wall.

In the last couple of months before the election it was clear that Obama was running away with the popular vote.

The choice of Palin and the Trilateral Commission deciding to throw more support to Obama could have been coincidental.

A CLEAR WINNER

As McCain began to publicly unravel from the stress of the campaign he started to sink in the polls.

Even though the Trilateral Commission originally supported McCain as the Republican successor to the White House it’s entirely possible that McCain’s erratic behavior made them concerned.

Perhaps they wouldn’t be able to control him after he took the White House and that he wouldn’t have the finesse to keep their guiding role in the government secret.

Obama is nothing if not a smooth talker, so it will be easy for him to hide the involvement of the Trilateral Commission and other global elite groups in his government.

Most people don’t know that the man of the people that they elected to the White House is just as tied to secret groups and the global elite as past Presidents have been.

There is no other way that a man from an unknown political family could rise through the ranks so quickly and become President.

NO TRILATERAL COMMISSION APPROVALThe Trilateral Commission has had a few female members but not many.

The women who have been members have all been distinguished in their fields and connected to the global elite.

Sarah Palin is an unlikely candidate to ever be a member of the Trilateral Commission which could be one reason that the Commission did not approve of her as McCain’s running mate.

Palin and the Trilateral Commission are pretty far apart ideologically and she is far too much of a loose cannon for them to back her, which may be what caused them to back Obama and give him the Presidency instead.
